Where is the gym located?
16 Trowbridge St West, Unit 2, Meaford. We are right beside the 2Go Sushi and across the street from the old library!

How can I book?
You can use our online booking system to pick a date and time that works for you. You can even book up to 3 months in advance.

How do I pay?
You can pay by credit card using our online booking system. We are hoping to add other payment methods soon.

How do I get in?
Ten minutes before your booking starts you will receive an email with a link. Follow the link and click the button on it, the door will unlock for you.

How big is the gym?
Our facility is 700sq which includes a gated kids area and bathroom/changeroom.

Is there a shower?
Unfortunately, no. Although this is something we would consider adding in the future if there is a need.

Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, only registered service animals are permitted in the gym.

Why do I have to clean before I leave?
We ask you treat our space just as you would any other gym and wipe all equipment used down and leave the gym as you found it. This is important to ensure the next user can enter at their booked time and will walk into a clean space, just like you did.

What happens if I have to cancel my session?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Can I bring a friend?
Of course! We allow a maximum of 6 people in the space at a time.

Why is there a camera?
The camera is not actively monitored and is there for our customers safety as well as our own liability.
